What I’m looking forward to come Summer…

I am so looking forward to enjoying oysters again come Summer.  That’s when I will truly know that Summer is here.  It’s still cool and quite rainy here in New England even though we are already well into the month of April so I’m not going to enjoy my oysters until the sunshine truly dominates the days…
