Â It’s still cool and quite rainy here in New England even though we are already well into the month of April so I’m not going to enjoy my oysters until the sunshine truly dominates the days…

Easter Sunday was always so special in the Hollis household. Â My mother was so good about making sure her 7 children were dressed in their Sunday finest as we got ready for church. Â I’m in red, the 6th of the 7 children and the youngest of the girls…those were the days…

I was featured in New Haven Magazine last year. I can’t believe that Spring is right around the corner because here in New Haven there’s snow on the ground and the temps are still below 50. Thank God for the change of seasons in New England!
